Is the Tourist Office [resort centre] open?
We are open from 9am to 12 noon and 2pm to 6pm Monday to Saturday and from 9am to 12 noon on Sundays.
We have re-organised our office to provide you with the best information service when you visit, reducing contact (wearing a mask is compulsory, Plexiglas screen at reception, a limited number of people, separate entry/exit points, hand sanitiser available and documentation provided from reception itself).
Is Venosc cable car open?
The cable is open from February 6th to March 7th, 2021.
From 7am to 8.30am, from 12.00 to 12.30 and 1.30pm to 5.30pm.
What are the rules for wearing a mask in the resort?
You don’t have to wear a mask outside, but you do have to inside shops/businesses. Health regulations are the same as everywhere else in France.
Is it better to wait before booking my stay?
No, you can book your stay now, as the resort has introduced special cancellation conditions specific to our current situation.

Can I buy my Skipass in advance and be sure that a refund will be available?
For 2 to 15-day skipasses, you can cancel up to 7 days before with no charge, and up to 1 day before for specific cases subject to health measures imposed by the authorities.
For season passes or 20-day liberté passes, a pro rata refund is available, subject to terms and conditions.

Are winter events still going ahead?
Whilst adhering to health regulations, the events team are doing all they can to go ahead with a large number of events.

Can I get a refund if I register for an event?
Events like Snow2Bike, where we are managing registrations, are eligible for a full refund if the event is cancelled or if it is not possible to attend because of government-imposed measures relating to Covid-19.
