Les Lumières de la Muzelle, an event organised in collaboration by the Tourist Office and the Les 2 Alpes Trail Association. The principle of the event is a night-time snow trail with a descent along the snow-covered slopes. A sunset start with a superb view from ‘La Troïka’, at the top of the Vallée Blanche sector. A trail-on-snow event in the making… and one that could very quickly become THE benchmark in France on the winter circuit!

The main thing is to participate...
11 KM

Set off at sunset at an altitude of 2,100 metres, enjoy the magnificent panoramic views, and run with your headlamp on the white carpet.

Length: 11 km
Negative difference in altitude: 675 m d-
Positive difference in altitude: 275 m d+
Departure: at 5.40 pm from the Troika chalet at 2100 m
Access : Super Venosc cable car

16 KM

The event takes advantage of its position in the middle of the afternoon to offer a route rich in spectacular views!

21 KM

The Lumières de la Muzelle half marathon: a magnificent race on snow for experienced trail runners!

DEPARTURES

Regardless of the route chosen, the departure point is La Troïka at 2,100 metres, accessible via the Super Venosc cable car

MEET IN THE SPECTATOR ZONE

Specially designed to allow you to cheer on the runners,
this area is open to everyone from 3pm to 9pm.
We look forward to seeing you at the foot of the Vallée Blanche Télémixte!

The Les 2 Alpes Fire Brigade Association will welcome you with a refreshment bar and snack stand
to make your visit to the fan zone as enjoyable as possible.
Bells, vuvuzelas, vocal chords, applause… are all welcome!

DID YOU KNOW?
Accompanying persons with a pedestrian pass can get to the start of the races via the Super Venosc cable car and come back down via the Vallée Blanche Télémixte to go directly to the Fanzone!

HOW TO EQUIP YOURSELF?

We tell you everything...

Remember to dress warmly, the evenings can be cold in January at 2100m altitude.
You can keep your clothes warm (almost) until the start of the race!
Bring your own backpack to carry equipment you will not need on the course.
The organisation will carry it to the finish area.
[Plastic is not welcome: no plastic bags will be provided at this event].
