Ambitious plans for the development and improvement of the ski area to provide an even better quality of skiing experience.
The ski resort base area continues its modernization!
The Champamé ski lift is being replaced by a more modern installation designed to enhance user comfort, improve traffic flow across the base area, and provide a safer, more suitable learning environment for beginners and families alike.
DID YOU KNOW?
Since the winter of 2026, the ski lift company has been offering you the opportunity to try:
• Brand new photo point
A camera will be installed at the Bellecombe chairlift arrival point. A terminal, located near the direction signs, will allow you to retrieve the photo in digital format free of charge.
• Beginner areas reach new heights
Previously located at 1,650 m, the beginner slopes are now accessible at 2,100 m and 2,600 m. This evolution ensures ideal conditions for learning to ski or snowboard, whatever the season.
• The Jandri Walk: slow skiing at high altitude
Between 2,800 m and 3,200 m, a new blue run follows the Jandri trail, offering a peaceful and scenic descent. Designed for skiers seeking calm and breathtaking views, the Jandri Walk invites you to slow down and enjoy the mountain at your own pace.
• Reorganisation at 2,600 metres
Two magic carpets replace the rope tow to improve access to the slopes and the Chalet de la Toura.
• Night skiing for everyone
The nighttime skiing experience on Vallée Blanche is expanding: in addition to the red run (400 m vertical drop), a green slope will open in winter 2026. A magical new opportunity to ski under the stars, open to all ability levels.
• Parallel slalom
It has been extended by 50 metres with more turns, giving you even more of a challenge against your friends!
