Information 2025 :
Traces en Vénéon" is a ski touring and snowshoeing event held every year at the beginning of April. Today, this event is open to beginners and those with little experience. Professionals from the Bureau des Guides de la Bérarde Meije Ecrins will be on hand to introduce you to ski touring and snowshoeing, help you perfect your skills and improve your knowledge of the environment, with educational workshops (DVA). Among other things, they will cover the key themes of risk management and prevention, choosing the right equipment and mountain safety, as well as new issues linked to global warming. The proposed itinerary will enable you to discover a wild and preserved environment, right in the heart of the Ecrins National Park, amidst the Massif's most prestigious peaks such as the Meije, the Râteau or the Dôme des Écrins... "Traces en Vénéon" is first and foremost a unique and original way of discovering the mountains in winter, far from the hustle and bustle of the ski resorts... For one day, La Bérarde, the "Mecca of mountaineering", will be the scene of exchanges and sharing in a friendly and good-humored atmosphere!
