Foot reflexology: a foot massage technique that stimulates reflex zones, with the aim of promoting relaxation and energy balance.

Therapeutic cupping: a traditional practice used to treat various conditions by placing cups on the skin to create suction. This technique relieves muscle pain and sciatica, and aids recovery.

Madero therapy: massage techniques that use wooden instruments to stimulate blood circulation, reduce cellulite and promote muscle relaxation.
It is used both for women wishing to improve their skin’s condition and for athletes to relieve tension in a body that has been heavily strained.

Magnetism/fire cupping: Practices aimed at rebalancing vital energy through magnetism; it promotes relaxation, stress reduction and overall harmony of the chakras.

Sports massage: aims to improve performance, reduce muscle fatigue and promote muscle recovery.

Naturopathy: a holistic approach aimed at preserving or restoring health through natural means, by stimulating the body’s self-healing abilities.
