    Our goal is to offer you a smooth, personalised and accessible experience, in complete autonomy.

    To help you discover the resort, we offer a simple and practical digital welcome. Thanks to our interactive screens and touchscreen terminals, you can access useful information at any time: ideas for visits, hikes, accommodation, restaurants, upcoming events… You can also scan QR codes to find our recommendations directly on your smartphone.

    A big screen has been set up on the main square in front of the Tourist Office in the resort centre, with 2 others in the lobby of the information points: check out the daily weather forecast, watch incredible video footage, take a look at future events and cast your eye over the cinema showtimes…and don’t miss all the great deals available to make your holiday even better !

    3D digital table

    A 3D digital table is available in the lobby of the Maison des 2 Alpes.

    – A 3D scenario of the area
    – Geolocation of points of interest
    – Simulation of walking routes
    – List of partner service providers in the destination
    – Access to information for customers via a QR code

    WiFi area access

    You can access the WiFi in the resort centre Tourist Office free of charge every day.

    You just need to bring your computer or device. Your laptop must be charged before you log on to the WiFi.
    Headphones must be worn in this area for viewing or communication purposes.

    The pass recharging machines

    Quick and easy, your passes are ready in just a couple of clicks! 

    There’s no need to queue at the sales desks anymore. All you need is your email address to recharge your pass yourself at our interactive charge points, at anytime of the day or night (if you haven’t done it already online). Less time at the sales desks means more time riding!
    The charging points are located:
