This confidentiality policy describes the way in which the 2 Alpes Tourist Office handles personal information collected, used and shared when a visitor or customer accesses the www.les2alpes.com site in accordance with the revised Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 (known as the “Loi informatique et libertés”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (“RGPD”) n°2016/679

WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES THE TOURIST OFFICE COLLECT?
The Tourist Office may collect personal information such as the identity, personal details and identifiers of connected users.
In addition, the Tourist Office collects all information relating to your navigation on the site as well as all messages collected via the contact form page.
All personal data collected by the Tourist Office is provided by the user.

The Tourist Office will only keep your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary:
– Carrying out satisfaction surveys and customer studies: the duration is 3 years from the last customer contact or 2 years from the closure of the user account by the customer
