Along a specially designed loop trail, set out to explore 6 fun stations where you’ll guide a giant wooden ball through handcrafted installations: spirals, slides, tracks… Experiment, try different routes, and see how far your ball can go. Between each stage, take time to admire the spectacular landscapes of the Oisans peaks—here, a simple walk becomes a true adventure.
From local folklore, the Fayots, whose name comes from the word “fairy” in regional dialect, have appeared in the region’s stories since the 16th century. These small, mischievous creatures, hairy and with large ears, were once used to explain the mysteries of the mountains: cheese disappearing from bags, tools going missing and then reappearing, or other unexplained phenomena…

Gentle elevation, around 1.5 hours of walking. Access via the Vallée Blanche hybrid lift.
Each ball follows a different path. Option to time your runs.
