The first stage of the Tour des 6 Vallées de l'Oisans trail run. Starting in Les 2 Alpes and finishing in Auris en Oisans, covering a total of 39 km and 2,500 m of elevation gain.

What a start! This first stage offers a challenging series of climbs and descents. While there are a few fairly rolling sections, there are many steep slopes to tackle along the route, particularly on the climb up to the magnificent Plateau d'Emparis.
