An intuitive, vibrational and deeply human treatment
The Return to Self treatment is a unique experience, designed for those who wish to slow down, settle down and return to their inner space.
This is not a classic massage: it is a sensitive accompaniment, a journey towards oneself.
Each session begins with a period of listening, to welcome what is present: the breath, the emotion, the fatigue, the needs of the moment.
Then, a return to breathing allows you to inhabit your body in a different way, to let your mind settle and to create a welcoming environment for the treatment.
The massage itself is intuitive and guided by the person: their body indicates the direction, and my hands follow, with a touch that is just right, adapted and respectful.
No two sessions are alike, because each body speaks differently.
Before you arrive, I take some time to connect on my own to create a personalised talisman card, carrying a message channelled for you.
This talisman accompanies the treatment and becomes a reference point for prolonging its effects.
Within 48 hours of the session, you will receive a written report detailing your feelings, key areas, messages received and avenues for integration.
A treatment to settle down, breathe, feel and gently return to yourself.
