Souffle de Sagesse offers yoga classes (various styles), yogic walking, Ayurvedic massages, Tibetan bowl massages and Reiki energy treatments.

After several stays in India, where I studied the basics of HATHA YOGA, AYURVEDIC MASSAGE and REIKI Master, I created the Souffle de Sagesse association in order to share my knowledge.
Eager to continue progressing, I regularly attend training courses at various schools and with various masters in France and abroad (yoga for back pain, prenatal and postnatal yoga, therapeutic yoga, Kundalini yoga, Shakti dance yoga, chair yoga, yoga for seniors, Yin yoga, restorative yoga, etc.).

I am a graduate of the Védaguru school in India, as well as YOGA ALLIANCE and KRI (Kundalini Research Institute), among others.
Most recently, I was certified in Laughter Yoga by the French Institute of Laughter Yoga.
Yoga is a cleansing process that helps to purify, connect and unify our mind and body. This union brings harmony, pleasure and inner peace.
The class is gentle, with asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing exercises) and relaxation, followed by meditation or mantra recitation depending on the type of yoga. These include Hatha Yoga, sometimes Kundalini Yoga, or Yin Yoga, with sessions that are more or less fluid, fast, slow, relaxing or intense, lasting approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

SHAKTI DANCE Yoga classes: yoga offers a spiritual approach to life, dance expresses creative energy through the body, Shakti energy is our feminine energy. Through dance and yoga, we will explore breathing, music and movement, working on our seven energy centres, the chakras and their elements.
YOGIC WALK: a mini mindful walk, breathing, yoga postures, meditation, mantras and relaxation.
The session begins with a short moment of refocusing, a few breaths and then some stretches to gently wake up the body. This is followed by a short, easy mindful, meditative walk, accompanied by several physical exercises, a few yoga postures, specific breathing techniques and even some fun moments.
The activity takes place outdoors and lasts about 1 hour.
All you need is the right equipment for walking outside for 1 hour.
Various group classes and different styles of yoga are offered in the morning or evening in Les Deux Alpes and Mont de Lans. Online classes. Private classes by appointment.
For more personalised relaxation and deep relaxation during wellness sessions, I also offer MASSAGES with warm oils from the Indian Ayurvedic tradition, sound massages with Tibetan bowls, and REIKI energy treatments.
