Girls Shredding Days

Girls Shredding Days is the must-attend event for female riders of all ages.
A women-only gathering designed for mountain bikers who are already comfortable on blue-level trails and eager to progress in the sport.
Above all, it’s a 100% friendly and inspiring weekend celebrating a shared passion for mountain biking. Each participant will have the opportunity to ride, improve, and push her limits in the exceptional Les 2 Alpes Bikepark.
The weekend will feature technical coaching, skills workshops, talks focused on women in sport, shared experiences, inspiring stories, and unforgettable moments alongside our incredible ambassador, Isabeau Courdurier - Enduro Mountain Bike World Champion.

PROGRAM (Subject to change)

Friday, July 10
At 6:30 PM, meeting point at Place de Venosc for the welcome of participants and distribution of Welcome Packs.
At 7:00 PM, join the Crazy Race, the craziest mini bike race ever. Meet at Chez Nous Deux bar, on Place de l’Alpe de Venosc, to take part or cheer on the riders. A fun and friendly moment to kick off the weekend.

Saturday, July 11
At 9:15 AM, meeting point at the Vallée Blanche Telemixte for the welcome speech and presentation of the weekend program by Isabeau, followed by a welcome coffee and distribution of Welcome Packs (jersey, lift pass, etc.).
From 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, morning ride session: Kids & Teens will ride under the supervision of Isabeau, while Girls will take part in coaching sessions led by certified instructors.
From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, lunch on the slopes at La Troika mountain restaurant.
From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, free riding session.
At 7:00 PM, meet-up aperitif at Base Camp Lodge, including discussions around important topics often overlooked but affecting many women, such as endometriosis and the relationship between sport and motherhood.

Sunday, July 12
From 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, thrill MTB session. Meeting point at the bottom of the Jandri gondola. Kids & Teens will be supervised by Isabeau and a coach, while Girls will be guided by coaches.
From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, mechanical picnic (weather permitting). Participants bring their own picnic and can choose between a bike mechanics workshop to learn essential basics or a suspension setup workshop for more experienced riders.
From 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, giant “Tchou-Tchou” on the Lilith trail, serving as a warm-up and course preview before the challenge.
From 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, challenge on the Lilith trail with prizes to win.
