GIRLS SHREDDING DAYS
See you from 11 to 13 July 2025
It’s the place to be for female riders of all ages.
A women’s event for mountain bikers who have already ridden green and blue trails.
Above all, it’s a weekend of fun and sharing a passion for mountain biking. Everyone will have the chance to ride and develop their skills on the Bikepark des 2 Alpes. Technical advice, anecdotes, exchanges and great moments of sharing with our incredible ambassador: Isabeau Courdurier, Enduro MTB World Champion!

Like last year, Isabeau will be personally inviting a hand-picked group of mini riders under the age of 10, the KIDS, to ride with her and benefit from two days of coaching.

The TEENS (girls aged 10 to 17) and GIRLS (girls aged 18 and over) will benefit from professional coaching from state-qualified instructors to ride on the Les 2 Alpes Bikepark and learn obstacle clearance techniques, as well as a reduced rate to discover and enjoy the mountain bike trails in the Les 2 Alpes area…



THE PROGRAMME
FRIDAY, JULY 11
6:30 PM
Welcome for all participants with an introductory speech, weekend overview presented by Isabeau, followed by an aperitif.

7:00 PM
Crazy Race: The wildest mini-bike race ever! Meet at the bar Chez nous Deux, located in the Alpe de Venosc square, to participate or cheer everyone on!

SATURDAY, JULY 12
8:30 AM
Welcome speech and weekend program presentation by Isabeau. Meeting point at the base of the Vallée Blanche Telemix lift.
Distribution of welcome packs (MTB jersey, lift pass, and program leaflet).

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Kids (girls up to 10 years old): Morning ride supervised by Isabeau.
Teens (up to 17 years old): Morning ride with professional coaches.
Girls (18+): Bike park session with skills workshops led by certified instructors.
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Lunch on the slopes at the mountain restaurant La Troika.

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Teens and Girls: Free ride (unsupervised) with Isabeau.

7:00 PM
Aperitif + Talk: Discussions on important yet often overlooked topics that affect many women. Topics include endometriosis, sport and motherhood, and more.

SUNDAY, JULY 13
8:30 AM
Meet at the base of the Jandri lift.
Freeride MTB Introduction.

Kids: Supervised by Isabeau, with return to the resort via the 4×4 trail.
Teens: Supervised by a coach.
Girls: Advised by coaches but not supervised.
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Choose your activity: MTB Mechanics Workshop: Basic bike maintenance
or Free Ride Session.
