From spring to autumn, the hiking trails are accessible depending on snow conditions.
The ski lifts will be open from 15 June to 1 September 2024,
providing a more comprehensive range of services thanks to the various Pedestrian Passes.

After 3 August 2024, renovation work on the Jandri Express
will mean that you will no longer be able to go up to 3200m.
but other magical experiences await you to end the summer of 2024 on a high note!


Access to 3400m: weekends of 4 & 5, 8 to 12, 18 to 20, 25 & 26 May.
The funicular will only be open to pedestrians.

7 marked and secured walking trails accessible from the lifts

Itineraries for all levels and all ages. To discover what the mountains in Les 2 Alpes have to offer, choose from a downhill hiking or walking trail or one that loops.
Please note: Trip time indicators include travel time on the lifts.

Description: flat − easy level − 1.25 km round-trip 
Approx Time: 30 min − 3-hour outing including lift trip and Ice Cave visit

The wonders of walking on top of the world at 3 400 metres-high along a secured pedestrian path. Enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the Alps’ mythical peaks for an unforgettable experience, accessible to all! Don’t miss the Ice Cave, the orientation table, and the Belvédère des Écrins – a footbridge extending over the void facing the Écrins National Park.

Admire the beautiful Vénéon Valley on this walk, 2 400 metres-high!
Choose your route: for a family-friendly experience, take the small loop which will lead you to the first orientation table with a view of the resort along the way or, opt for the second loop to take your contemplative and aerial experience further and find yourself surrounded by untamed nature facing l’Aiguille de Venosc, la Muzelle and the Écrins National Park.

Approx Time: 45 min —1.5-hour outing including stops along the way and the lift trip
Access: Vallée Blanche hybrid lift

This easy-to-access walk at 2 100 metres-high is perfect for the entire family.
Enjoy a 360° view with, on one side the, 2 Alpes mountain area and resort, and on the other, the Romanche Valley with a clear view of Auris en Oisans and the Sarenne pass in the background.

Medium-mountain walk – Intermediate level 
Approx Time: 2.45 hours

Access: Vallée Blanche hybrid lift

Walk along the Fioc ridge and take in the panoramic view of the Romanche Valley and the 2 Alpes resort.

Forest hike − Intermediate level
Approx Time: 3 to 3.5 hours
8.5 km descent

An extended version of the Fioc walk that takes you downhill through the shade of the Molière forest.

Day hike – Advanced level

Belvédère des Écrins, the famous suspended walkway with a void of 1,500 metres beneath your feet, and 360° views! Use the orientation table to have fun and try to spot the most prestigious summits, such as the Écrins Massif, les Aiguilles d’Arves and Mont Blanc…
Accessible to all, just a 10 minute walk from the funicular arrival station (3,400 metres).

Ice cave

Dive into the heart of the glacier to discover magnificent, frosted and ephemereal ice sculptures.

At the arrival station of the Jandri Express, at an altitude of 3,400 metres, discover Les 2 Alpes’ ice cave, sculpted out by 2 high mountain guides, Bernard Lambolez and Bruno Gardent. Go 30 metres beneath the ice to explore a beautiful world of sculptures. The ice cave has been recently given a whole new look!
