MOUNTAIN OF HELL
18, 19, 20 & 21 june 2026

A pioneer in mountain biking since the 1990s, riders feel right at home in Les 2 Alpes!


MOUNTAIN OF HELL, the summer’s MTB flagship event that is part of the resort’s DNA. This downhill mountain biking enduro marathon’s start line is in the snow. 2,500 metres of vertical drop for 1,000 hot-blooded amateur and professional mountain bikers!

    A 7-day ultra-trail: 180km A unique adventure in the spectacular scenery of Oisans.
    6 varied stages: high mountains, rolling hills, fast terrain…
    NEW IN 2026: a shorter 90km tour, still in 6 stages, more accessible.
    Starting and finishing in Les 2 Alpes: come along and cheer them on!

    Stage 1: Les 2 Alpes – Auris-en-Oisans: 39km / 2500m elevation gain / 2450m elevation loss

    Stage 2: Auris-en-Oisans – L’Alpe d’Huez: 11km / 600m elevation gain / 400m elevation loss
