GIRLS SHREDDING DAYS

See you from 10 to 12 July 2026

It’s the place to be for female riders of all ages.

A women’s event for mountain bikers who have already ridden blue trails.
Above all, it’s a weekend of fun and sharing a passion for mountain biking. Everyone will have the chance to ride and develop their skills on the Bikepark des 2 Alpes. Technical advice, anecdotes, exchanges and great moments of sharing with our incredible ambassador: Isabeau Courdurier, Enduro MTB World Champion!
This weekend is intended for mountain bikers who already have a solid technical level and ride regularly. The coaches do not provide basic lessons, but instead support improvement and progression on specific aspects.

A registration form will be launched to select the mini riders under 10 years old, (the KIDS), and girls aged 10 to 17 (the TEENS). All selected participants will have the chance to ride with Isabeau and a coach, and to benefit from two days of coaching.

The GIRLS (aged 18 and over) will enjoy professional supervision from state-certified instructors to ride in the Les 2 Alpes Bikepark, learn obstacle-handling techniques, and also benefit from a discounted rate to discover and enjoy the mountain biking trails across the Les 2 Alpes area.

  • Is it an MTB camp?

No, the Girls Shredding Days are not an MTB camp. It is прежде all a 100% friendly weekend between riders, focused on sharing and a passion for mountain biking.
The goal is to ride together, progress in a supportive atmosphere, encourage one another, and learn from each other. Technical advice and skills workshops will be offered, but these are not private lessons.

  • What level of MTB is required to participate in the weekend?

This weekend is designed for riders who already have a solid technical level and ride regularly. The coaches do not provide basic lessons, but are there to support progression and help improve specific skills.

  • I already have a lift pass, do I need to purchase one with my registration?

No, not at all! When registering, you will be able to choose an option without a lift pass.

A buffet lunch is included on Saturday at the La Troika mountain restaurant, as well as an aperitif on Saturday evening at the Base Camp Lodge. On Sunday lunchtime, a picnic workshop is planned: however, you will need to bring your own picnic. Other meals are at the participants’ expense.

Accommodation is not included. However, after registration, you will receive a promo code for the Base Camp Lodge. A WhatsApp community will also be created to allow you to connect with other participants and, if you wish, share accommodation.

  • Except Isabeau, who are the other coaches?

The other coaches are certified MTB instructors from the resort.

  • Is there a group to connect before the event?
