For one weekend, the resort of Les 2 Alpes is putting women in the spotlight at the Bike Park des 2 Alpes.
They’ll be able to enjoy 2 days of sharing and complicity between ‘girls’ with Isabeau Courdurier, Enduro MTB World Champion, among others.

It’s the place to be for female riders of all ages.

A women’s event for mountain bikers who have already ridden green and blue trails.
Above all, it’s a weekend of fun and sharing a passion for mountain biking. Everyone will have the chance to ride and develop their skills on the Bikepark des 2 Alpes. Technical advice, anecdotes, exchanges and great moments of sharing with our incredible ambassador: Isabeau Courdurier, Enduro MTB World Champion!

Like last year, Isabeau will be personally inviting a hand-picked group of mini riders under the age of 10, the KIDS, to ride with her and benefit from two days of coaching.

The TEENS (girls aged 10 to 17) and GIRLS (girls aged 18 and over) will benefit from professional coaching from state-qualified instructors to ride on the Les 2 Alpes Bikepark and learn obstacle clearance techniques, as well as a reduced rate to discover and enjoy the mountain bike trails in the Les 2 Alpes area…

THE PROGRAMME

FRIDAY 11TH JULY

Crazy race: the craziest mini-bike race ever! Meet up at the Chez nous Deux bar, on the Place de l’Alpe de Venosc, to take part or have your say!

Participants will be welcomed by Isabeau, who will present the weekend’s programme, followed by an aperitif.

SATURDAY 12 JULY

Morning
Distribution of welcome pack (MTB jersey, ski pass, programme leaflet).

Kids, girls up to the age of 10: Riding morning supervised by Isabeau.
Teens, teenagers up to 17: Riding morning with the coaches.
Girls, aged 18 and over: Bikepark session with advanced workshops, supervised by instructors.

Lunch included on the slopes at La Troïka for all participants.

Afternoon
Teens and Girls: Unsupervised free ride with Isabeau.

Evening
Aperitif and conference.

SUNDAY 13 JULY

Morning
Warm-up on the terrace of the Le 3200 mountain restaurant.

Introduction to mountain biking on snow. Subject to snow conditions.
Kids supervised by Isabeau, with a return to the resort via the 4×4 track.
Teens supervised by a coach.
Girls recommended by coaches but not supervised.

Lunch not included, free for participants.

Afternoon
MTB mechanics workshop: basic bike mechanics.
Free riding session.

What level of mountain biking is required to take part in the weekend?
This weekend is aimed at mountain bikers who already have a good level of technique and regular practice. The coaches will not be giving basic lessons, but will be on hand to help you improve your skills and make progress on specific aspects.
I already have my MTB pass, do I have to take it with me when I register?
No, not at all! When you register, you can choose a package without the MTB pass and without accommodation.
What equipment do I need for the weekend?
For safety reasons, the following equipment is compulsory:
- Full-face helmet
- Knee pads
- Long gloves
- Back protector or backpack with integrated back protector
Except Isabeau, who are the other coaches?
The other coaches are qualified mountain bike instructors from the resort.
Are meals and accommodation included?
You can choose whether or not to include accommodation when you register.
If you do, you’ll be staying in a hotel with other participants. You can opt for a single room or share with another rider – perfect for bonding!
Meals on Saturday lunchtime and Saturday evening are included for all participants. For those who choose a package with accommodation, breakfast is also included.
Is there a pre-event discussion group?
Yes, a WhatsApp group will be open to participants a few weeks before the event. There you can ask questions, organise car pooling or simply get to know the other girls. It’s a great way to feel at ease before you even arrive!
