An incredible girls’ event!

For one weekend, the resort of Les 2 Alpes is putting women in the spotlight at the Bike Park des 2 Alpes.
They’ll be able to enjoy 2 days of sharing and complicity between ‘girls’ with Isabeau Courdurier, Enduro MTB World Champion, among others.

It’s the place to be for female riders of all ages.

A women’s event for mountain bikers who have already ridden green and blue trails.
Above all, it’s a weekend of fun and sharing a passion for mountain biking. Everyone will have the chance to ride and develop their skills on the Bikepark des 2 Alpes. Technical advice, anecdotes, exchanges and great moments of sharing with our incredible ambassador: Isabeau Courdurier, Enduro MTB World Champion!

Like last year, Isabeau will be personally inviting a hand-picked group of mini riders under the age of 10, the KIDS, to ride with her and benefit from two days of coaching.

The TEENS (girls aged 10 to 17) and GIRLS (girls aged 18 and over) will benefit from professional coaching from state-qualified instructors to ride on the Les 2 Alpes Bikepark and learn obstacle clearance techniques, as well as a reduced rate to discover and enjoy the mountain bike trails in the Les 2 Alpes area…

FRIDAY 11TH JULY

7.00pm
Welcome speech and presentation of the weekend by Isabeau.

SATURDAY 12TH JULY

9.00am
Welcome speech and presentation of the weekend programme by Isabeau.
Distribution of the welcome pack (MTB jersey, ski pass, programme).
Group breakfast: Kids, Teens and Girls.
9.30am – 12.00pm
Kids, girls up to 10 years: Morning ride supervised by Isabeau.
Teens, teenagers up to 17: Morning ride with the coaches.
Girls, aged 18 and over: Bikepark session with advanced workshops, supervised by instructors.
12.00pm – 2.00pm
Lunch on the slopes with all the participants.
2.00pm – 4.00pm
Teens and Girls: unsupervised free ride with Isabeau on a track.
6.00pm
Aperitif and conference.

SUNDAY 13TH JULY

9.00am – 9.30am
Warm-up on the terrace of the Refuge des Glaciers.
9.30am – 12.00pm
Introduction to mountain biking on snow.
Kids supervised by Isabeau, with a return to the resort via the 4×4 trail.
Teens supervised by coaches.
Girls advised by coaches but not supervised.
12.00pm – 2.00pm
Lunch at the resort. (reservation essential).
2.00pm – 4.00pm
MTB mechanics workshop: basic bike mechanics.
Free riding session.
